I’m a Black person who works in the film/video production industry and all of what he’s saying is 100% true. I can count on both hands the amount of times I’ve worked with another Black person on set. All the tech roles are MAJORITY white dudes or spicy white dudes.

The only other women I usually see are producers or show runners. Never another in the tech side of things.

Americans often don’t respect other Americans, NOR other countries. We also know xenophobia/racism well.
