Maybe law just works differently in rural areas but

The outposts - which can be farms, clusters of houses, or even groups of caravans - often lack defined boundaries and are illegal under both Israeli and international law.

How do farms and clusters of houses just appear? Are they no better than ramshackle sheds or are they proper houses? If the latter - how are these materials getting out there without anoune noticing for prolonged periods - the two countries are locked in a heated “no u” and I would have a assumed watching their borders closer than someone having a month across it building a house with a goat shed and chicken coop before being noticed and told to leave.

In a single player game no one should give a shit. Give yourself a million dollars. Mod in a gun that does 50,000 damage. A car that does 350mph.

It’s pvp where people notice/care you’re cheating

Every time. Seems more like companies aren’t “hit with” them at all, more like… They “get to participate” or “decide to indulge” in layoffs.

indulged in. When a company does not lay off people from the upper tier, they are indulging in layoffs.

“Hit with” implies an unavoidable, tragic, and forced event. They knew this would happen months ago when KTJL face planted. Videogame companies complain about the “cost of making games” but they’re the fucks what spent the money. Maybe spend less on your marketing and budget, and when a game doesn’t sell well it isn’t a cataclysmic event that sinks the whole company.

But really, if game companies weren’t constantly at risk to have implosions from bad decisions, the board wouldn’t get their “please don’t leave us” money. So really this always comes back to - fuck the management, and the board. Videogames are treated as products so here we are.

I misremembered Monsterknees comment chain in your photo of Cumberland, went back and looked.

You posted a photo of Cumberland and said (at the time) fiber options were low

For WFH crows the town needs fiber, and in another post he stated the town doesn’t have that.

I can see your point and that’s what I figured they were trying to attract

So functionally they hand you money, you can’t find a job that pays your bills, so you leave and they’ve gained nothing. Or is the subsidy ongoing as long as they’re short on people (haha until the end of time!) Or is there something else in place to help keep people there?

This is really cool thanks for sharing I actually did not know that it had originated somewhere else (other than where I stole this from)
