My first read on this is to be pretty excited; the new dailies system looks interesting, more accessible skyscale will be good for newer players, etc.
Looks great! Always wondered, what that flying isle was going to be doing over there on that map.
The other thing, that they back then setup and abonded unfortunately (until now afaik) was the bird race (don’t know the name anymore) kingdom.
The game is great for a “single player” mmo - never found the right momentum into it, with dungeons too shallow and the combat overall mediocre too. I really wanted to like the game and played it back then until the beginning of the first addon (also did 100% map completion). Last year I got back into it, thinking maybe they had improved with raids and dungeons. But my pain points did show up again.
